We had a pleasant casual lunch here with family. The sort of place that feels like it is off the tourist trail. Not much to look at from the outside but from the back of the restaurant there are beautiful views across the lake. The food was delicious.

Well the food was ok , view beautiful but what really annoyed me was the restaurant manager picking up on staff members in front of customers!!! This is not right!! He was rude and poor waiter was so mortified!!! They should look to take a course about how to treat staff with respect !! So sad to see that there are still people who take advantage of their “power” in working places.

If the rooms are not exactly the best, there is the service, kindness, friendliness and availability of Tonino and Teresa which far cover the small shortcomings of the accommodation. The menu and service leave no room for complaints, the location on the lake is wonderful with a view of the Borromean islands and Stresa which is spectacular. Seeing is believing! Rooms quite dated Beautiful view on the lake For breakfast (good or otherwise on average) you have to go outside and in winter or if it rains is not the maximum. The property has no internal connections Recommended for those with engine problems Restaurant/pizzeria in the same room of the breakfast. Good food but not exceptional Cleanliness and courtesy in general are excellent

Bike trip and lunch stop, we had a good time, I recommend.
