Tasty China - Ventura

I absolutely loved the food and service at this restaurant. The noodles were some of the best I have ever had, and all the dishes we tried were delicious. The portions were generous and the prices were great. One of my favorite dishes was the ribs, which were tender and sweet. I highly recommend trying out Tasty China if you are in the area.

I discovered this restaurant on DoorDash and I am so glad that it lived up to its name! I can already tell that they are experts at creating mouthwatering aromas with their seasoning. The portion sizes were very generous - they actually gave me 1 quart and a half without me even having to ask, and they included rice at no extra cost. This kind of generosity is rare and greatly appreciated. The tofu was silky and the fish was incredible. When combined with the sauce and rice, it was like a party in my mouth with a hint of paprika. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again!

I love this place! every dish I ordered was just delicious! I especially love the dampened dumplings that are very juicy and it is very cheap, especially the midday specialties. the staff is always very friendly, so everything in all a real winner and highly recommended!

By far the best Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) I’ve ever had in the United States, and I’ve been to NYC, LA, Seattle, SF, you name it. The rest of the menu is incredible as well, there was not a single food item that I’ve not absolutely loved. As someone who was born in China and goes back often, the food here is about as close as you can get to true, authentic Chinese food. Not only that, but the owner is an incredibly sweet woman, absolutely recommend this place to everyone!!! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem of a restaurant!!!
