The food is excellent, 5 out of 5! However, there are times when they forget the sauce or take over 20 minutes to serve.

I rated this restaurant three stars because the staff was very friendly and patient; however, the food did not taste authentic to Japanese cuisine.

The restaurant needs to improve the training for new employees or have stronger leadership in this area. Additionally, they should show more appreciation for those who are genuinely putting in the effort to provide us with excellent food and service. This used to be my go-to place, but now I'm seeing negative reviews and I'm uncertain about their accuracy.

I could enjoy their chicken teriyaki sushi roll all day long!

My son and I each ordered the beef bento box, and unfortunately, everything was completely flavorless. They provided us with complimentary Sriracha sauce, which I can't use, so I requested teriyaki sauce instead and was surprised to be charged 50 cents for it. The vegetable mix was tasteless, the beef had minimal flavor, and the California rolls were also unappetizing. In an attempt to add some flavor, I poured teriyaki sauce over everything, but even that was disappointing—seemed watered down. I also ordered a side of shrimp to accompany my beef, but when I opened the container, there was a strong, unpleasant smell—it was clearly old. Save your money and eat somewhere else. I have no idea what they're doing in the kitchen; it felt like everything might be soaked in water. This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last. Four thumbs down.
