Presto Pasta - Ventura

I really hope this was just a mistake! Unfortunately, our last two meals have been quite disappointing. I strongly advise against ordering the Eggplant Parmesan! We typically go for something simple, like ravioli with sauce, and we've always been satisfied before. However, today we decided to try the Eggplant Parmesan. After a few bites, I found it hard to chew, so I took it apart and was dismayed to discover that it was mostly just eggplant skins. When I showed my husband, he also encountered something unpleasant in his bite, and when he pulled it out of his mouth (sorry for the TMI), it was a light brown eggplant skin. Eggplant tends to lose its deep purple color and turn light brown as it ages. I have no idea what they did with the fleshy part of the eggplant, but it certainly wasn’t part of our dish. I’m so disappointed and appalled by our experience today!

It was here a few times. Overall a positive experience. Nice way to get your pasta and sauce, then add extras. Service was excellent! Staff very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that the Carbonara sauce was not a real Carbonara, only her cream Alfredo sauce with some ham and peas.

I absolutely love this place! It's my favorite pasta restaurant of all time! The food here is incredible—fresh and delicious. I enjoy adding cheese to my pasta, and those cookies are simply amazing!

The combo includes lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo, and chicken, and it is absolutely delicious. You also get a salad, and the Caesar salad is fantastic. My kids really enjoy their pizza here; my daughter's favorite is the chicken Alfredo.

Nicest employees ever. Great food. Fast service. We ate our food there but I decided to take my salad home and they took the croutons off and put them on the side and bagged it for me. Always very friendly and helpful. We love this place. Highly reccomended.
