The queue was lengthy, but it moved quickly. The ordering process was smooth and the service was satisfactory.

Jack's burgers remain consistent and delicious, but unfortunately, their new chicken strips are not up to par.

Fries and burgers were very fresh, just cooked. Drive thru staff very nice.

Food is Good Better than other Jack in the boxes service is also Good one of the better Jacks to go to

I have stopped ordering Jack's overcooked burgers and now only go for their chicken teriyaki rice bowls and egg rolls because they are surprisingly delicious.

Unfortunately this is the only fast food place in e. Ventura. The HAMBURGERS ARE ALWAYS COLD. Workers are nice. FOOD
