Bidrage med feedbackThis particular Polo Loco location is incredibly slow and inefficient. It took a total of 25 minutes from the time I placed my order to actually receiving my food. Another customer pointed out that his order had been sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes, and the worker bagging up the orders responded rudely. While Polo Loco may be slightly above typical fast food in terms of quality, the wait time was unacceptable. The frustration on the faces of all the customers waiting for their food was evident. If this is a franchise, the owner should make some serious changes. If not, Polo Loco corporate needs to reassess their procedures.
As good as fast food gets. Fresh, great quality, tasty, healthy, fast, and affordable. I had the double chicken avocado fit bowl and enjoyed every bite.
The restaurant is currently closed as of 8/10/22. I drove across town because the app wasn't accepting online orders, only to find a notice on the door that they will be reopening soon. Make sure to call ahead before visiting to avoid wasting gas like I did.
Almost everyone in line with me had a complaint about their order. A review that states that orders are not served properly and they are right. I ordered something small and 5 people got their food before I left to see my food on the side. Go somewhere else
Eating was good, but the line chef filling the orders was very slow. In addition, they were not completely the commands in the order they were entered by the counter help. Had 4 people coming after me, all the separate orders they all had before me. I just ordered two salads, the other people ordered a lot more food than me. The chef needs more training or help to ensure that customer orders are filled immediately.
