Cajun Kitchen - Ventura

My husband and I love this place. We are frequent regulars and are never disappointed. We even have our own favorite table in the back we always get to sit at. The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and the food is always hot and delicious. They always remember us when we walk in and even know our drink order before we even get a chance to ask. (Try the mimosas and coffee! The consistency of great food here is the main heart and soul of this place. I have never not liked anything I've ordered here. My favorites are the California Benedict and beignets! My husband loves the huevos rancheros and the loco moco bowl. Honestly, this place is the best breakfast spot downtown and the best staffed as well. Keep up the great job, we love your restaurant!

Best bacon in town. Typical bacon, eggs, and fried potatoes with option for corn tortillas yum yum. It is always great. Even the iced tea is good.

Absolutely delicious! My first time here taken by my Boyfriend and it was a great experience. I ordered the Cornbeef hash and eggs with an order of Beignets. It all just melted in my mouth. My boyfriend had the gumbo and he didn’t say a word too busy eating. The cornbread was light and fluffy. The staff wer pleasant and offered advice on the food and made their favorite recommendations as well. I will come again. Just in time for our New Orleans trip at Christmas.

Great food, local gem, great service. If you're going to blow a diet, this is the place to do it.

Love the beinyets of course! And the benedicts are amazing! The fried chicken is my favorite!!! Cute little restaurant. Highly recommend.
