Arby's - Ventura

Absolutely wonderful location. I havent had such a positive experience at a fast food establishment in a long time. The staff here deserve major kudos. The food was excellent and very fresh, everything was very clean, and the staff seemed to get along well and had great communication. I felt very welcomed and enjoyed my meal a lot. Thank you!

Getting a pickup order is a joke. Workers ignore you and when you do get their attention they seem bewildered you ask them for your pickup order and scramble. Food was nice and cold, missing napkins, dismissive staff, not a great environment....

Terrible experience today. Decided to leave instead of supporting.

Food Could have been better ordered a Classic beef n cheddar and curly fries.I was shorted on the cheddar, and Arby's sauce.Your recipt printers need realined.My recipt rewards program can not take recipts like this.
