Mcdonald's - Venice

I went to the second drive-through at this McDonald's, but no one took my order. I waited for 10 minutes while they were taking orders at the first drive-through. I then drove up to the window and asked if I could place my order because I was in the second lane and hadn't been helped. The employee informed me that they didn't have anyone specifically designated to take orders at the second window. I expressed my frustration at the situation and mentioned that I was at the window ready to place my order. Overall, I found the service at this McDonald's to be unprofessional and will not be returning. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It's a long time since I've been at McDonald's and they've made this a lot smaller inside but it was quick I had a big truck I could not go through the drive-thru so I had to walk in in and out no problems with my order very friendly thank you

We had a very nice meal hete several days after hurricane Ian. Our waitress was awesome and allowed us to take our time and just enjoy our time away from the hurricane stress. Our friend we were staying with went back and had the same waitress andagain she was wonderful. We will be back to this location again.

The breakfast sandwiches were just okay. They were hot. However, McD's coffee is still the best option when on the go!

I am not a fan of the new setup and concept at this restaurant. The kiosk ordering system is inconvenient for me, as I only come here once or twice a month and struggle to adapt to it compared to someone who takes hundreds of orders a day. Additionally, the entire establishment is primarily designed for takeout now. While some people may enjoy this setup, it is not to my liking.
