High Rooftop Lounge - Venice

This restaurant has one of the most spectacular views. The cocktails are excellent and the people watching is fantastic. I especially enjoy watching the large planes take off from LAX. It can get quite busy around sunset. The only downside is the elevator, which is old, small, and slow.

Listen to me when I say... this is the most relaxed spot ever!!!! The rooftop environment, amazing drinks, and the people here are incredible!!! We tried some delicious sliders that were perfect. Adam and Diane are the best!

I enjoyed the ambiance of the lounge. They were extremely busy the evening I was there but the quality of service was above average. The food was tasty and the cocktails were amazing!

This place has so much potential, but unfortunately it was a terrible experience and I strongly suggest finding another spot on the beach to eat for tourists.The roof was mostly empty, and the food still took 90+ minutes to arrive. The drinks were made incorrectly and watered down. I was told by the waitress to order 2 mains per person because the serving size was so small which I thought was odd.I was delivered the wrong meal twice. Once I got my food, I was told I need to leave in 5 minutes because each reservation was only for 90 minutes.I explained the situation to the manager who said she would refund the $100 reservation fee, but she just cancelled it on OpenTable rather than refund it which did nothing.I didn’t mind the $100 reservation fee to guarantee a good table, because the view is great, but the service at this place was incompetent and simply unacceptable.
