Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

For a home cooked meal this would be the place to go. Price are great, meals always cook. And could do a little shopping since they seasonal things in the store. And don't forget they have college (s) to get your tailgate on.

Visited this Cracker Barrell today (08/14/22). After a brief wait, our party of four were seated along the window in the back of the restaurant. We waited approx.15-20 minutes, without being acknowledged. Tables around us who arrived after us wereserviced quickly and efficiently. I don't even know who our staff member supposed to be. We finally got up and left, aftermaking a manager aware of the situation. Had breakfast/lunch at another restaurant, which was much more efficient. Will neverstop at this Cracker Barrel again; apparently our business is not appreciated here. That's fine, I will spend my elsewhere.

Usually cracker barrel is so good. but our experience here yesterday was not great. everything was great until our waiter brought our food. the tablet on which the food was, fell and some of our dishes of eating fell on the floor and crushed. everyone makes mistakes that were not a big thing, but after they finally brought out the food that had fallen on the floor (new cooked eating) was cold, the eggs were literally cold, over simple cold eggs. rough. It also took a long time to get our food for the second time. Usually we love cracker barrel, but it was simply not a great experience. ?

I would like to see sutton for the best customer service, although we came 45 minutes before the conclusion of the time. the babies loved eating that prepares for them. thanks and appreciate their service. keep the good work sutton!

Normally cracker barrel is so good. But our experience here last night was not great. Everything was great until our waiter brought our food. The tray the food was on fell and some of our plates of food fell on the ground and shattered. Everyone makes mistakes that wasn't a big deal but after that when they eventually brought out the food that had fallen on the floor (newly cooked food) mine was cold, the eggs were literally cold, over easy cold eggs... gross. It also took a long time to get our food out for the second time. Usually we love cracker barrel but it was just not a great experience. ?
