We were inspired by the great reviews on trip advisor to visit this place. Evidently, it is popular with the locals (the table next to us was frequented by locals, who had a great time evidently). The owner greeted us and presented his short menu of the day (short, handwritten menus are usually a good sign for us). We felt like seafood and he recommended a seafood platter and another seafood starter (naturally, we added a local Spritz and local whine too). The food was very tasty, came fast and the owner prepared it personally and he kept coming over to make sure we were doing fine. The prices are also really affordable. This dinner was a highlight during our stay. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic spot for small plates (cicchetti) with friendly service and great ambiance, in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Ottimo locale dal sound blues per spritz e cicchetti a Cannaregio, che si affaccia su un cortiletto tanto bello quanto tranquillo. Buonissime le polpette (carne e baccalà e i cicchetti. Interessante l’offerta di 18 tipologie di spritz dei ragazzi.

Great little quite place for a quick snack and a drink. Don’t expect fine dining think tasty quick food (not fast food). We had a charcuterie and drinks. They’ve got a great selection of well priced drinks and the charcuterie was plenty for two for a light lunch. It may be a limited menu but it’s tasty.

The cicchetti was good, but the fried octopus was tasteless. Wouldn't recommend for lunch. They don't have wifi. The lady who served us was lovely the other guy not so much.
