In the middle of a shopping session in the Velizy shopping centre and used to the Brioche Dorée brands, I was extremely disappointed by this one. The salmon sandwich (lemon sauce) ordered was extremely fade and dry. Perfect in value for money and kindness of staff. Only note related to the location of the restaurant is that it is in the immediate vicinity of an entrance door of the shopping mall and therefore, in full flow of fresh air in this period of the year!
