Bidrage med feedbackThis Michelin starred restaurant was outstanding. It’s lovely and the food and service were impeccable. If there is any point to take exception to it would be that in some ways chef Romain Barthe is almost too creative. There were so many dishes, including about 5 different amuse bouche. Even the 3 kinds of bread were artfully presented.Everything was delicious, although there were several highlights which were unforgettable. My favorite dish was the langoustine with fennel and some sort of foam, although my perfectly prepared lamb dish was also fabulous. This restaurant was outstanding!
The tasting menu was wonderful with the wine pairing. All the food were in high quality and cooked to perfection. The butter was AOC, the beef was Charolaise and even the knife was top brand. Great culinary experience!
Went for lunch. You will need a car. Superb restaurant, and the country side is great. Take the opportunity to visit the local vineyards which are all around you. Our lunch was a group booking with a set menu. We had about six to five servings. Starters are not large, and may be one of them could be bigger. The veal was nice and tender, and the Cheese cart was extensive. The place is outside Lyon, and the hotel has car parking.Worth the visit, and I will be back soon.Fantastic view from the balcony over the French countryside.
Smal great restaurant. The menu is a daily surprise by the chef. He selects what is fresh that day. Price very reasonable for the quality.
Brilliant dinner and overnight stay en route to the alps. Well worth a special trip, a totally memorable meal, will definitely plan a return visit next time.
