This is our go to take out for Portuguese chicken. If you ask for saucy chicken they will put extra spicy sauce right on the chicken. Amazing! We also pre-ordered the Seafood platter and although pricey, it was worth it. Really tasty! Great staff, always friendly.

I thought I write a review of this place based on my recent experience of trying to pick up an order placed over the phone. First of all they cant find a record of the order (is this my fault? Then the person that seems to be in charge of these orders started challenging me to call back my wife who placed the order and verify with her. Does he think I'm stupid showing up there claiming an order that was never placed? I'm trying to provide this guy the information but he does not want to hear any of it. After asking him the third time if he found my order he now is saying that they need to speak with the person that placed the order. WTF, are these golden chickens that they need to protect very tightly? My time is far more important than standing and arguing with these people so I told them forget about the order and stormed off. To the store owner, in case your staff does not realize this it is New Years eve and you guys have just ruined the start of the year and guess what, everyone will know about this experience now. Don't treat your customers like this, challenging them that they are mistaken being there as they might have the wrong order information. That person also told me that people show up there and pick up the wrong order all the time, well then there must be something wrong with your system. This has nothing to do with me. Well I guess one less customer will not hurt your business but trust me everyone will hear about this experience. Boooooooo Happy New Year

I usually stretch the day at work and my kids wait patiently for dinner. I want them to have a healthy meal and constantly look for fresh and tasty take out food. I can't afford to take them to a restaurant every week. My friend recommended Xpress BBQ, so I stopped by after work. I wanted some ribs along with the chicken, so I waited about 15 minutes. I ordered a whole chicken cooked Portuguese style with round mini potatoes and rice. The order was under $40.00 which I liked. The food was fresh, hot and cooked in front of me. The friendly staff cut up the chicken for me and I was on my way. The sauce that they used to marinate gave the meat a great taste. My family really enjoyed the meal, and we were all stuffed. They want me to make this meal a weekly tradition. I am happy too. This is a healthy meal and not expensive, and they love it.

Always fresh and consistently delicious. More of a take away fare but some small tables if you choose to dine in. If you like Portuguese bbq, this is your place.

Amazing food! Come here almost every week, great food and great location. Stick to the quarter chicken meal or half chicmen meal. There homemade peri peri sauce is to die for, it is too good. Try to call earlier during the day as the white meat tends to rub iut by 4 5 pm. Will come back here!
