Tim Hortons - Vaughan

Had a Farmer's Wrap from here. Tim Horton's is hit or miss to be honest. Sometimes if its too busy they mess up your order.

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for a long time and I always received amazing costumer service specially from Mahjabeen. She is very kind and lovely. Her customer service is excellent.

Staff is friendly but I always find out after the fact that they gave me a wrong order. How upsetting it was for my child when i ordered a egg and sausage breakfast muffin to go and it the meat! The sausage! Was missing?? Another time my coffee was without the milk I asked

I came here last holidays around 10 months ago to try out the gingerbread donuts. I ordered the last two remaining. When the person tried handing the red boxes (through the tight space) he seemed to drop one of them. He then took it to the back of the restaurant, and then came back and gave it to me. It was all very suspicious, and I am pretty sure he gave me the same one he dropped. I also have no idea what he did to it in the back, so obviously I didn't eat it. I couldn't even say anything because it was very awkward and also he couldn't speak english very well. I don't recommend anyone goes here.
