Simply the best food we got, since along time ago. Tommy was really helpful with the choice, since it was our first time with Israeli food. He help chooses for my daughter and everything he suggest my daughter love it. The portions were amazing. Thanks again, next time we are in Toronto we will sure stop by.

A friendly atmosphere with good food made this a very nice choice for a casual time with friends. You order at the counter but the food is delivered to your table which was a nice touch and food arrived at the table very quickly. The shwarma is among the best I've had and the lentil soup was very good as well. Portions are good sized and prices are quite reasonable.

Shawarma humus salads drinks etc. An unpretentious place quick and very fresh .... the pita is comendable.

I read the great reviews before trying Meron to Go. We arrived just before noon and there were a few customers already dining there. I've had chicken shawarma sandwiches at many restaurants in Toronto and York Region. First of all, the cashier was inattentive. Secondly, the laffa bread wrap was not fresh but from a plastic bag. The guy who was putting the toppings on the sandwich was not very attentive either. The sandwich was a good size but the laffa bread was chewy. The chicken was average, and the toppings were just OK as well. If Meron wants 5 stars they need better service, and fresh laffa bread like Me Va Me down the road.The bonus is that if you dine in, you can take a small plate or 2 of pickled cabbage, veggies, pickles.There was a long line up by the time we left at 12:30pm on a Friday afternoon. I'll stick with Me Va Me shawarma without a doubt.

This is truly the best middle eastern food around!! We love the shawarma, the schnitzel, rice and fries, the goulash soup, the veggies in pita and falafel sandwich! It has a friendly atmosphere and the staff are so kind they even made me a sandwich tonight when I walked in at closing and everything was already put away!! Very kind indeed! Highly recommended!!
