The many times that I get pizza from this place, and many times I am greeted warmly by the staff. Their pizza was as warm as their friendliness. Definitely my favourite Pizza Hut from the many Pizza Huts I go to in West Island/Montreal! Keep it up! Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

The toppings on our pizza were completely wrong : It just sucks because we have COVID and can’t go out to get other food today. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

I ordered thru the app and for some reasons our address wouldn’t go through and it goes to a different address. So I called to change the information, the guy I talked to says he did the changes and told the delivery driver the exact one. Moments later the app info says the food has arrived, but I don’t see anybody at the door. I called to ask where my order is, the same person received my call told me he will talk to the delivery man where he delivered it. But 10 mins pass no call back, nothing! I called again nobody answers. After 5x of calling customer service, someone answered, yet they cannot answer my concern. Someone talked to the manager, we can give you a replacement but you need to get it. The funny thing is they said they do not have records of me changing the address. You should know that your hotline says “this call is being recorded for quality assurance purposes”. Here’s the thing, there is a reason why we order for a delivery. Clearly we cannot get it at your store! Your customer service is poor and clearly no accountability on your mistakes. Plus this was paid online. I will be sure to have it as a lesson to pay upon delivery given these kind of lousy services.
