Dined at the Regency during a one day stay at La Paz Beacon Hotel, and overall, had a decent experience. I loved the Malai Chicken and Mutton Rogan Josh that I had for lunch absolutely spot on! The Corn Fritters were a bit too dough y for my liking. The naan was ok could have been crispier and with some butter, since I ordered butter naan. For dinner, I got ordered service the Club Sandwich was nice. The Fish n Chips wasn't. The dish came with two large slices of kingfish instead of Basa, which is what I was expecting and what usually is served as Fish n Chips. The Kingfish Recheado and Prawns Curry Rice showcased the rich tapestry of Goan flavors, while the Curd Rice and Paneer Tikka celebrated the diversity of Indian cuisine. Breakfast the next morning was nice. Opt for the Uttapam and avoid the milky tea.
