Angels Resort - Vāsco Da Gāma

We stayed here on 20-21 May, we were 2 adults with a 8year old child. The hotel management bluntly told me that the room won't be cleaned on daily basis. As we went to the beach, i requested them to sweep the room as they refused to mop it as per their policy. But they didn't. They didn't replace the used tea cups, nor did they they empty the dustbins. I had to follow up for fresh pair of towels as well. I have never experienced such inconvenience in any hotel before. We choose a 3 or 4 Star hotel so that we get good service and comfortable stay. This hotel encourages their customers to stay in unhygienic conditions. If they expect their customers to wash their own cups and sweep their rooms, they should at least provide detergent and a broom, but neither do they clean the room nor do they make any provision for the customer to clean the room. The door mat outside the bathroom was extremely dirty, but it wasn't changed during my stay. The bathroom was also dirty. Request the management to consider these concerns and improve their services. When you don't compromise in your charges, why do you compromise in the services offered?

It was beautiful place to stay in affordable price, between Panjim and Calangute so you can vist both using scooty in less time. Spacious and clean room. Clean pool relaxing silence and lot of greenery. The service was good and ppl were polite. I loved the place a lot. Beautiful place to do yoga

A great place to spend time, while in Goa. Be it families, group of friends or solo. Have been there couple of times and a lot of times to the restaurant situated in the place. The food is great, the rooms are comfortable and the service is a bit slow, but I guess that is because of the laid back nature of the city, in general. If you'd like to stay away from the extremely busy beach life and have a taste of the city side of Goa (Porvorim), then this is the place for you. They offer taxis as well, which you'd have to bargain for (not very easy). If you're in for a business trip, this is the place for you in that area. They have plenty of parking space and great music too!

We have been regular guests at this resort since 2014 and we love it. It has always been a great experience. Good cleanliness, hygiene, great food, beautiful property.

Angels resort is great place to stay for family. Resort is neat,clean, affordable value for money. Very good location. Good service, maintenance by courteous staff. I always visit Angels resort when in Goa
