Mad About Coco - Varkala

Absolutely terrible place, with the worst customer service. the experience was very bad. we have shared our experience at check-in. dogs that do not run to guide the whole place and accompany them into the rooms. the owner dame with the worst always hired that we have ever experienced, took offensive reading of our Google review (which was 100% accurate). they started screaming and threatening us. she cuts the power supply into the rooms! can you imagine this behavior? she threatened to throw our luggage out! we have anxious and carefree for security, and immediately checked bad rooms, no drinking water, no toilet articles, bad door locks, narrow gasses, bad access, no beach in front of there are much better possibilities near gottes will and their security, they are not going anywhere near this place just to make it clear l 347 of 20.12.2013, s. the owner was rude, abusive and arrogant 2. the first assessment was the common look that all guests have shared, so keep them on each particular one. 3. You told us you cut it off at 20.30 a.m., and we confirmed it when we came out of our room. all the other rooms in the property were illuminated. So stop lying. You did that when my man was out to buy food. 4. they arranged local flea mouse to manipulate us if we contradict her behavior. 5. You told us you'd throw our baggage away. Anyway, we have made our concerns to the competent authorities formal and hope that they will take up this, and we hope that they will not be allowed to continue this kind of harassment to pamper the names of our own country.

Really a worst ever holidays... The owner is absolutely a rude nature with no courtesy to the guests... Even the water bottle with one glass supplied us is of the previous customer, the ac systems are switched off from outside. So please avoid this facility as it is one of the worst we ever met.. Best of luck for the visitors??? Actually the owner don't bother about the customer.. A rubbish place for stay vocation. A negative review should always a way for correction in attitude. When we left and searched for another place, got the beach view hotel Green palace at the same rate with a welcoming attitude from the staff. So have all the best for the upcoming guests.. Really mad mad place for the coco ones....

Beautiful place to stay in the north cliff. this place is so calming, distant and beautiful. it is well maintained and the ambiente is as pleasant as it can be. the beach is literally just a minute to walk from the resort. there are many caffeine, restaurants and shops near total my experience here on crazy about coco net all my expectations and it was nothing else than perfect I recommend solo and couple stay here instead of friends.

Very nice café for an afternoon. Looks good, and above all, the food tastes good. We had clogged Tofu on Aloo Paratha, and a Punjabi Buddha scarf that were both really nice. Only the problem of the Scrambled Tofu dish on the menu (under 'vegan dishes' contain yogurt that 't vegan. So our smashed Tofu was a mix of two dishes. Think you need to change the menu to fix it, but otherwise deffo recommend this place. Looks like they have a vegan desert. Just confirm everything with the staff!

We stayed in hotel on 22nd of june . Staff was very friendly. I forgot to ask the name of Receptionist but very helpful guy, fluent in Hindi , English Malyalam. He even gave us upgraded room on account of my birthday. Mr. Vinod from Jammu, another staff was very courteous too. Place has laid back vibe which goes with vibe of varkala. But the rooms were absolutley not good. It had damp , even when i got upgraded room. Other than that i loved the locationb, espcially there restaurant which is aprox 100 meters away from hotel but has marvelous sea views. Food was very tasty. Wifi was good. I would visit again.
