Pizzeria Medusa - VARESE

We had dinner several times at the Medusa in July, as this was close to our hotel. Each time we saw a lot of local people eating there and almost no foreigners. this is something i particularly like as i try to stay away from tourist restaurants. we had different kinds of pasta and fish and pizzas and they were all good my wife had the grilled swordfish, kids enjoyed pizza and i had mostly pasta. food is very good, the service is very friendly, so you can enjoy a nice dinner in a very cozy place which has a vintage 80's flavor which is different than all the modern restaurants. the food is good and they are very friendly, so why not give it a try?

The hotel recommended this place on the first night, as it was only 10 minutes walk, we kept going back. The pizza are good, with a large range, and good value, but the fish dishes are excellent too, fresh Tuna and swordfish were on the menu when we went. Good inexpensive wine choice and even German beers at sensible prices to wash it down

Even though it's quite far from the touristic area of the city and it looks much more like a well preserved restaurant from the 70s-80s, their pizza is great and the staff is polite. There are plenty of options for pizza and pasta. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. Locals are coming with take away orders, which is always a good sign.

Se volete mangiare una gustosa pizza fatta col forno a legna questo è il posto giusto e io ho avuto la fortuna di mangiare la pizza con baccalà alla vicentina: eccezionale. La cucina è gestita dal pluripremiato cuoco per cui le sorprese che avrete saranno per il vostro palato. Consigliato

Ristorante molto accogliente specialmente il personale in particolare la mia amica Francesca. La ristorazione é molto buona lo consiglio a tutti a visitare il posto(RISTORANTE).
