St-Laurent Cafe Boutique - Varennes

We stopped by this restaurant on the way to a nearby vineyard. The atmosphere inside is charming, with a beautifully decorated old house and plenty of seating options both indoors and outdoors. You order at the counter, where you can choose from the menu or try the items on display. They use local ingredients, including cheese, beer, and alternative diet options like vegan and gluten-free. Our gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches were delicious, especially accompanied by the tasty side salad. The service was basic but attentive. We chose to sit outside in the sunshine, but be aware that it's a popular spot for local cyclists who may take up extra space with their bikes and sporty scents. If that bothers you, you may want to choose a different spot to enjoy your meal!

This restaurant is incredibly beautiful and comfortable! The terrace is lovely and the staff were very friendly. The espresso and pain au chocolat were delicious as well.

Four of us stopped for a meal halfway between Boucherville and Longueuil. We all had salads and bagels with smoked salmon, which were all delicious. The simple side salad that came with the bagel had excellent dressing. It's hard to rate the service since we ordered at the counter, but our meals arrived quickly and the staff did a great job of maintaining the outdoor seating area.

Just a few blocks from the cycle path to Longueuil and next to the church is a charming little café serving exquisite grilled cheese sandwiches. The perfect lunch break for taste and refreshment is the perfect combination of a variety of eclectic ingredients.

Amazing spot. Really neat decor. Wished they had a little more flexible hours. Pretty busy hot spot for sure!
