Sonic Drive-in - Vandalia

I sat in the snake for at least 10 minutes before I came to the loudspeaker. When I finally got there, I sat 10 or so on the cars before me to move and get someone to order, but nobody ever did. I thought the speaker was broken, but no one else came out, so I left.

Worst service ever!!!!!! Sat in the drivethru trying to order while they ignored me. I could hear them talking and laughing through the intercom. I will NEVER go back there again!!!

The food was Fantastic, however despite there being minimal traffic it took 20 minutes to get someone on the other side of the carhop speaker to get my order taken. Top notch cooks just really poor customer service

I always enjoy stopping here but this time the lady that brought my drink out was very rude and just glad I had a good grasp on my drink or it would of been on the ground might as well threw it at me.

Fast service and good food even though they were short staffed!
