Kfc - Vandalia

During our visit, the assistant manager was consistently shouting and using profanity. Her behavior was very unprofessional and she seemed annoyed that we were even present. She used some truly offensive language, including curse words like "GD," "f'ing," and "MFer." I've reported this to corporate.

This location has quite a reputation for being disappointing. The negative reviews are absolutely accurate. Maddie’s assessment of this place aligns with what others have said; it has been declining for some time now. It seems like you might need only a basic education to work here. However, that doesn’t excuse how embarrassing it can be to be associated with KFC.

KFC has went to hell. Was there over an hour before they close. Didn't have the chicken I want and want making anymore. The meal I bought was over 50 bucks. A few months ago...26. This KFC has made me make the decision to never shop at KFC again ever.

Person taking orders was incredibly rude, kept interrupting. Sat and waited for around 35+ minutes for our food as they forgot us, finally got our food and it wasn 't even correct. Went back through to get our missing food and she said Here. And threw the bag at me, and when I said thank you, got Yep. And the window slammed. Absolutely pathetic. Don 't come here unless you want to be treated like a nuisance over some overpriced lukewarm food.

Very rude customer service to start off took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me, then gave me some greasy burnt chicken didn’t greet me nor make iContact rude instead asked me for here to go when I went to leave no napkins went to the drive-through employee with the pink hair looked at me crazy and act like it was a problem when I ask for napkins, very rude and lazy if you hate your job, find something else to do
