The Bistro At Vcc - Vancouver

I was regularly at jjs in the VCC campus. I loved the menu has changed, unfortunately we arrived on the afternoon and the lamming frame is not on camp. I will book a previous reservation next time. independent of eating, the services are very good. I noticed the attention to details or different styles was presented on the plate. another raffinerie and garnie from beet, zucchini, beetle, flönnel, etc. are cooked and seasoned for perfection. great job! thank you.

Our group had a lovely time, enjoying a wonderful meal, quiet, discreet service from Janet and much attention from Chef Dennis and Chef Tobias. We were curious about a few items on our plate and Chef explained everything to us, with a big smile on his face. He is proud of his position and of his students. We have already made plans for another visit in the new year.

Excellent as usual! Staff and students are attentive and courteous. Food is top-notch.

4th time being there, and it was amazing as usual. Best 5 course in the city in my opinion. You wont find a more intimate, adventurous and unique dining experience and still be able to afford your rent after tipping +20% I take people from out of town visiting any time i can!

The reservation system is excellent and easy. Servers are always friendly and attentive. The selection is small. So it makes it easier to make a choice. I always love my food, never had a bad meal. This time I chose to have the Caesar salad, made at my table. The young man was friendly adjusted the salad ingredients per my request. I went for my birthday after I finished eating, the server brought out 3 tiny desserts
