Sushi Hiyori - Vancouver

We came for a light dinner after we had gone through the last few nights and were very satisfied with our experience! We came at 7:00, but next to us and another table of girls we were the only ones in the...restaurant the restaurant is very small and very cozy. You start by giving you free tea that is very welcome on a cool evening. We ended up with the Gamigaze Roll (side note, most of their roles seem to build on the Dynamite Roll), meat gyoza and veggie yakisoba. All were very good and it was the perfect amount of food. The price was quite average for sushi restaurants (I think we paid $25) and the dishes came out quite quickly. Would recommend everyone to look for a quiet place to take a quick bite.

We were there two years and had a great experience. This time we tried the eel bowl, sorted Sashim and Mango salad for lunch. Not disappointed. Yeah, we'll be back next time we're in town.

This Vancouver sushi restaurant is one of my favorites! The variety of options is fantastic, and the service is quick and welcoming. You won't be let down.

This is not a Japanese restaurant, although they continue to call it sushi. Under the new administration, lousy service for local residents, cow to some people. I boycott from now on

I visited this restaurant for an early lunch right after it opened and was impressed by the quick service and affordable prices for fresh sushi. Although the restaurant was small, it was clean and cozy without feeling crowded. It quickly filled up with locals, showing its popularity. They offer a variety of traditional nigiri and maki, as well as more elaborate specialty rolls that cater to Western palates. There is something for everyone to enjoy here!
