Sun Sushi - Vancouver

This restaurant offers tasty dishes at a reasonable price. I highly suggest trying the fried salmon roll.

The food at this restaurant is reasonably tasty and well-priced with generous portion sizes. The miso soup is excellent and the sushi rolls are large with plenty of rice. However, I found that the ginger and wasabi were hidden under my salad in the Bento box, so be mindful of that. The service could use some improvement as refills on drinks were not offered and there was not much attention given to checking if customers needed anything else. Additionally, the cleanliness of the kitchen area seemed questionable.

Service is rushed. If you ask for a couple minutes to look at the menu, the server will just stand by your table until you are ready.This place is great for affordable sushi that isn't the greatest quality. You can do their lunch special and pick 3 rolls listed on their special menu for $12.95. It comes with miso soup but it was so diluted you can't really taste much.Salmon tempura roll 5 pcs. Really big and the tempura is still crunchyYam and avocado roll 8 pcs. Smaller than the first roll but still bigger than average. The yam tempura was soggy here.Spicy tuna cone just ok. Not spicy and mixed with lots of tempura bits to increase size.Not much seasoning to the rice. Cant really taste the vinegar. The seaweed is old and too chewy.

Wow!! For that price? This is good place for students or anyone who love sushiThey have lunch specials for 12.99 for 3 rollsAnd when it arrived..holy moly! It HUGE!

The food at this restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. I only paid $16.5 for delicious dishes like Salmon Dou, Salmon sushi, and a green salad.
