Subway - Vancouver

I visited this store on Friday evening and was really hungry, so I asked Anu, the girl working there, to make me a sandwich of her choice. She crafted a Southwest steak sandwich, and I was amazed by how tightly she wrapped it—I've never seen any other Subway artists do such a great job! It was absolutely delicious. If the manager is reading this, I just want to say that Anu deserves a round of applause. I'm definitely coming back to this store from now on. Trust me, if you visit, ask Anu to make your sub. I'm going back today—cheers!

This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. I usually enjoy their food, but this location was incredibly disappointing. There were only three customers and two staff members, yet it took 15 minutes to prepare my sandwich. I ordered a very simple combination—just lettuce and onion—and it still took them that long! Come on, guys, you need to do better!

So, I had to travel all the way back just to exchange the sub. When I arrived, they coldly took my old sandwich and handed me the new one without any acknowledgment or apology. When I opened the new sub, I found it poorly packaged, carelessly made, and lacking in meat. If I decide to come back, I'll make sure to order in-store, but for now, I've lost my appetite for Subway. I probably won't return and definitely wouldn't recommend using the app to order—it’s just too much hassle.

Loved the service here. I think girl's name was Anu or Amu something the girl working there she was amazing i don't eat subs that often so i didn't know about the new subs and she helped me a lot to decide what should i have and somehow she convinced meto buy a combo ???? really sweet kid. Definitely gonna come back check out this place and their service if anyone's around ..

I wish I had a photo of my subway but I've already eaten it ???? friendly staff, awesome selection of vegetables and bread, You can't go wrong here
