Subway - Vancouver

Never have enough staff, always one person doing mobile orders and serving customers. I feel more for the staff as I know they work hard and it’s like the owner doesn’t care or doesn’t know how to schedule.

They really need more than one employee at this location. It’s not fair to the employee who has to struggle to keep up, plus the wait times for sandwiches are absurd because of this. I’m assuming this is because the owner/manager of this location is cheap doesn’t want to pay more than one employee at a time.

The subway restaurant is very dirty. Please refer to the attached photo for reference.

I arrived to pick up my order at the scheduled time, but the restaurant claimed they hadn't received it. They then informed me that they were unable to prepare my order because they didn't have the necessary ingredients in stock. This incompetence was incredibly disappointing.
