Starbucks - Vancouver

Dieucks espresso is always consistently great taste and strength. the reward scheme is great and one of the few that offers real incentives when they spend with them. service at this place is fantastic, friendly staff served great drinks. the location is a small corner and hard-ass deep-point. I dragged a double espresso, who was a great experience as always, very brave.

This load was already good, but it has become even better, this quality of drinks, eating, customer service is by far the best. this team has a very good speed while making attention to the detail. I am very happy with the administration and the staff, and I would like to thank them all for everything.

This position now offers a seating area in the free. a great attraction for me. so sad that diets. in terms of sitting and of course standing. I think this is an incentive for me to try out their competition? other than that, service was great and it was nice to sit inside and enjoy my true north

Worst customer service experience.A customer asked “Is this a mobile order?”The barista yelled at a customer “just look at it!!”The customer said “the name is facing the other way, I thought I wasn’t allowed to touch it.”The barista snarked back saying “We’ll, you’re allowed ti touch it now!”I checked the mobile app to see if they had procedures for picking up mobile orders and it states “Head to the pickup counter and entryway handoff and ask the barista for an order for name .”Starbucks, don’t publish a process if your staff do not follow them or train your staff.Rudeness ruins the experience for everyone even if the rudeness is directed at someone else.

Fairly small Starbucks in the corner.. Went there in pouring clothes and they were patient with my status. Could not spend time as I went when it was closing.. Overall nice Caramel Frapachino..
