Bidrage med feedbackMy favourite sushi joint in downtown. Always recommend friends to eat here. Fresh sushi, good portions, reasonable prices, and nice people too!
Worthwhile for more visits. I was not famished and thus only ordered tuna avocado roll $3.75) and miso soup $1.25). Very much enjoyed both. Would love to go back and try other items in their menu, which is impressively substantial given that it's such a tiny restaurant.
Downtown Sushi. Korean owned small Japanese restaurant on Pender is a place for quick, cheap eats. Pretty good quality at a low price compared to other Sushi restaurants around. Rice is a little undercooked for my taste but overall good.
Amazing sashimi, fast, good quality. There is no space to sit, and they only have plastic cups and takeout boxes for the food. Price can't be beat for quality though!
Some people ask me where I go for lunch whenever I need a quick bite to eat. If I want to stay really on the inexpensive side of things, I go to Spin Roll. They have the tastiest, most filling and least expensive sushi I have ever tried. And they're literally 1 minute away from my office downtown at The Network Hub. My favorite combo $6.50) is the Sushi Roll combo, pictured above. I definitely love the California roll and their various vegetarian rolls. As far as inexpensive and tasty sushi that is close to my office, hard to beat Spin Roll. Related posts: Restaurant review Britannia Sushi Miyako Sushi Downtown Vancouver) Momo Sushi Gastown)
