Rude customer service. Staff has no manners how to treat customers

I was at the store today just before the closing and ordered a bagel with cream cheese for the first time, loved it and they served with a smile even tho it was there time to close. Would love to come back sometime soon.

Closed their stations at 4:30 so couldn’t make a bagel. They close at 5:00. Customer service was poor and I left without anything to try. I highly recommend the Cobs a few doors down, very helpful and the food is delicious!Reply:Your response is a lie. I asked for a Sesame bagel and was told you were out so I asked for a Mish mash and was told you were out of those too so I said “can I have any bagel with hummus”. Then another employee came up to the front and told me that she couldn’t make bagels because her station was already cleaned for the night so I cut my loses and left because you clearly didn’t want my business. Admit your faults and fix them, don’t lie to make the customer look at fault.

Giving all locations 5 stars. Appreciate the gluten-free bagels and options, vegetarian options, no pork, no shellfish, easy to not mix milk and meat, kosher-style. Delicious traditional NY Deli Jewish food. Nice owner tasty food fair prices. Always have some holiday dishes as well for the Jewish holidays. Sad to see the low ratings and genuinely don’t understand. Have ordered on Door Dash and Uber Eats many times; really appreciate that this is possible; as well as gone in person to all locations and only positive experiences out of like 35 or 40. Recommended!

Best cinnamon buns in on the planet. No goey icing or raisins. Just a lot of cinnamon, butter, sugar, have somehow they roll so many layers. My son and wife were the very customers on 28th and main 25 years ago.
