Good food, good service, family friendly, casual and very reasonable prices. At the Slocan, you're likely to find something for everyone. The staff are some of the friendliest you'll find at any restaurant, and between their pleasant service and the tasty fare, it would be hard to have a bad experience here. Most everything on the menu is good, and the restaurant has a bar and a patio space for those rare sunny summer days in town.

We were immediately greeted as we entered the restaurant. Service was good. New waitstaff was being trained. We enjoyed the Santa Fe wrap and pork cutlets. Staff was friendly and attentive. The soup included with the pork cutlets was not brought out, but staff comped one of our drinks to compensate. We felt at home.
