Pizzeria Bufala - Vancouver

Pizza is excellent perfect crust and great flavours.

Our server was charming and attentive, the nice Kiwi or Aussie girl, sorry for not knowing. The pizzas were great, nice crust, porchetta was awesome. Good value, would recommend.

I saw the photos of the pizzas on-line and was drawn to try this restaurant. Living in Richmond we crave a good Italian restaurant for a casual weekday meal. We were pleasantly surprised by Bufala. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were naturally friendly. We shared the romaine salad. My husband had the spaghetti with burrata and I had the Calabria pizza. Sooo delicious! Love the pizza crust. My husband found the spaghetti was just a little too al dente, however, he enjoyed the meal regardless. Perhaps a slice of good Italian bread would have been good to sop up the remaining sauce. We will return again soon.

This establishment thinks dietary restrictions are a joke. I love pizza, pasta and all things gluten. Also happens that the most important person in my life is celiac. To make a joke about something gluten free on your menu shows your true colors. Do better.

My friend and I both found the kale salad to be a bit dry and plain, So we swapped for the Romaine salad, which was excellent. We were not charged for the first salad, which was really very good. It leaves a very good impression when a cafe is willing to give you a second chance. The pizza was tasty, the crust was excellent. The wine was very good also.....
