New India Buffet & Restaurant Ltd

My son and I went there for a late lunch on a Sunday. This place claims to have the largest Indian buffet. This is true, but the food was meh. Some of the Indian items such as the butter chicken were very tasty. But then you get naan bread that’s flat and hard, and not fluffy. They even have a section with weird stuff like Chinese noodles, spring rolls, and fries. We sat for a while and waited for someone to bring us menus. When we asked for menus, our server looked shocked and gave us a weird look. I’m assuming this was because everyone usually goes for their buffet. The whole time she was on a cordless phone blabbing away, so it could be that we interrupted her conversation by asking for menus. Who does that?!!!! My son and I did decide to get the buffet in the end since it included iced tea and chai tea. The ice tea tasted watered down. There was also some pink drink included with the Buffet which I think was supposed to be lemonade but it tasted odd and very perfumey In addition, our dirty plates stacked up and it took a while before someone came to clear them away. Worse service ever!

Its not about mistake Its about attitude! Owner threatened that you can do whatever you want, its just an insect! Not a big deal. Have a look please, and decide yourself.

Sat and ate and ordered some food be i was on the road all day a vis at that i have only been here for two days these people charged me twice because they were not paying attention to what was goi g on them on my exit ask me for more money first of all the food is not all that so i didn’t even eat i let my partner do the tasting to know how the whole restaurant came at me for my own money with chairs and disgust i’ll. see them in court

(We have been dining with you for the past 8 years). The server was great he seated us and checked in On one such occasion my brother mentioned to him that some of the food was cold.He said that he would check with the kitchen. A Man came out wearing a white apron and was telling us that we were wrong. He then went on to argue with my mother who was at the buffet. Then when we went to pay he came up to the bar area and started an argument with my brother. It ended with him calling my brother a (pardon me) A FXXXXng Jack A and then ordering us out of the restaurant. I wish there was a rating lower than 1. The food was absolutely terrible. Instead of visiting this crappy place again for their buffet, I would rather burn my taste buds. The service too was excruciatingly slow. Who the hell serves gulab jamuns in tea cups?? I guess I am just wasting my time reviewing this place. Kudos to the management for serving the worst Indian food ever and for buying paid reviews on Google.
