Kimono Japanese Restaurant - Vancouver

Quality Japanese food, with fresh products. the place is always full and the service is ok, within possible.

This restaurant is pretty shabby but it was the closest sushi place we could find. The server made a very rude comment about my sister ordering 3 rolls of sushi (which is too much in his opinion I suppose). So I would never try this place again because of that. However the sushi was good.

We have had a seaweed salad, a sashimi appetizer, chicken and pork teriyaki (included a miso soup and a bowl of rice). Food was outstanding in taste, freshness and presentation. The service was very friendly. Prices were totally reasonable. Jasmine tea was great too, refills were offered all the time. We recommend this restaurant.

I have been eating at this restaurant for over 10 years. It is one of the few Sushi places I enjoy eating at.a) the food has always been fresh b) the service has been good inspite of them being very busy.c) price is reasonable

Kimono is in the heart of downtown Vancouver, close to hotels and the Canada Place cruise terminal. Kimono has a full menu, so your sushi lovers, tempura fans, and donburi enthusiasts will all be satisfied.
