Cottage Deli Soup and Sandwich

I popped in for a coffee and discovered a charming little spot with a fantastic view of the harbor. Although I didn't try any food, the service was excellent. My coffee was delivered to me on the second floor. This is a wonderful spot for reading or if you're looking for some peace and quiet.

Traditional soup and sandwich spots are not easy to come by in Vancouver, but the Cottage Deli Shop in Gastown has successfully retained its nostalgic charm from the 1980s that I adore. Despite the ever-changing landscape of the city, this deli has managed to keep its old-fashioned ambiance, making it a lunchtime hidden gem.

Stumbled upon it while walking around Gastown. Got the BLT and I could taste how garden fresh the tomatoes were. Thick slices of bacon. Great coffee and the service was fast and friendly. Cheap prices as well!

Very friendly. Coffee Americano. Feta and spinach omelette. Wheat toast. Tasty. Nice. So many restaurants in this area of Vancouver I was looking for quiet, wifi, good food and coffee. I found them all here at the Cottage Deli. This is off the street just a few steps. You order and pay at the counter. This may not be for you. It is precisely what I was looking for.
