This restaurant was once listed as one of the best restaurants in Canada by Enroute Sadly, those days are long gone.

We were staying the Moda Hotel, attached to the restaurant. The restaurant looks brand new and got very good marks on Trip Advisor, so we thought we'd try it. For Vancouver, the prices were reasonable,too.My husband and I got a special for around $34 or so which had three courses for us both. He had a beef dish and mine was a veggie pasta dish. Our food was very good. We had Tiramisu for dessert and it was a delicious, generous portion. However, as good as the food was, it was dampened by the very "stuffy" ill-humored waiter. The man didn't smile a single time, and acted as though he was perturbed we were there from the get-go. As soon as we entered the EMPTY restaurant, his first question was "do you have a reservation"? We continued to be pleasant and kind throughout our interactions with him, but he turned what would have been a truly lovely dining experience into a disappointment from a service standpoint. Don't think I'd recommend Cibo to friends or family if all patrons are treated to such flat-line personalities.

Went to this restaurant because the reservation system was offering 1000 points. What a gem! It's small but the food is amazing and so is the service. I was late getting there but I had my husband order the roasted half chicken for two. The food was great and the quantity was just right.
