Victorico's Mexican Food - Vancouver

The tong and cheek meat was very dry and hard, clear sign it had been reheated multiple times, no flavor. Rice and beans had cheese and cream on top instead of on the side so no way to separate, pozole was really bad, I general food was not fresco and flavorless, service was slow. Never coming back

I love this place. I?ve been here countless times. But today was different, I came in with a bit of an odd order. The people here asked no questions and just did whatever it took to get the order right for me. We got it billed and I was amazed by their patience with me and flexibility. Flavor is always great. Just another reason of many why I keep coming back!

I said I wanted to dine in they packed my mail to go I was a little upset because I actually wanted to dine in. I took my meal and left the person who took my order did not even give me the four taco meal that I wanted. They gave me rice and beans and two tacos. Incorrect order incorrect everything Victor Rico's is much better than this normally I don't know understand why they did not get my order right and they even had me to go and he insisted that my order was to go no

Our visit is always great when the store manager is working. We came in on Sunday afternoon and was planning to sit down and eat but had noticed that the dining room was very warm. That day was suppose to hit a high of 99°. We ended up talking to the manager to find out what was wrong and found out it is taking corporate up to 2 weeks to come out and get their air conditioning fixed. I really think this is a risk to your staff and your customers as the inside temperature

Their sausage breakfast burrito combined with their green salsa has no flavor. It was a generous portioned burrito, but felt like hot mush in my mouth. If anyone, who can affect policy, is reading this... Please get rid of the tip option at the register. I don 't want to feel pressured into tipping in a fast food restaurant. Tipping should be left up to the customer and only after the service is complete.
