When someone who doesn't go to die, I often needed help to decrypt the menu that they seem to have not been enthusiastic about. not mentioning that all that sound good (including eating) was not on camp. another thing that is from the norm, in comparison to probably any coffee shop in America, is that the cream and sugar is behind the theke, so naturally they seemed to be annoyed on their request for some. that only strengthened why I generally stay away from this chain.
I have to laugh..went and asked for a big cup of her strongest cup she had. she came back to me? and? .because to myself I have no idea what she was about, so I said Cowboy coffee ..you know strong coffee she said she could put espresso on it to make it stronger. I said it was going, she looked at me and asked how many?. she saw me waiting for answer! I say, 2 .make a long story short. I was back several times. I am up to 5 dishes of espresso...lol... and found the right number lol . the staff here notch. very sweet young ladies. the device looked very clean inside and outside.
When I get in to pick up an order and the hired tells me that I'm lying to my customers and telling them I didn't arrive in the load, but only so that dieucks doesn't get bad reviews. that tells me that these companies and the people behind the counter can't trust. they would rather lie and cheat than be honest and rent some more employees to help behind the counter. this facility is the worst deaducks in the city for picking up, by far. let them get a manager from another business to train their employees, as others have a lot less problem than this.
Every employee at this location is so kind. I’m traveling from New York and was so happy I stumbled upon this Starbucks. Hannah and every other employee made me feel so special and even remembered me when I came back the next day. If you want an authentic cafe experience while traveling on the 5 make sure you stop here!!
IF YOU WORK FOR A DELIVERY COMPANY (UBER, DOORDASH) READ THIS.I've never had a bad experience here until this morning. I work for uber eats delivery service. A worker there blond with a ponytail tried to tell me not to click waiting for order or else it'll negatively affect MY score I didn't understand what she meant until just now. First off, she's thinking of doordash. If I was working doordash and I DIDNT click waiting for ordering THAT would negatively affect my score. There is a rating system saying if I arrived on time or not on there. I am unsure why she was trying to convince me of that and tried to call me out in front of about 4 other delivery drivers. Super uncomfortable. When I get to a resteraunt it already marks me arrived automatically on Uber. She was just attempting to get me to not mark it so their wait time isn't high. What a super uncomfortable experience. If you don't work for uber eats or doordash do not try to convince me to not do my job so yours can be benefitted.
