Bidrage med feedbackI stopped by the Starbucks on 139th and 3rd in Salmon Creek. I went in and ordered. When my name was called, my beverage was slid across the counter toward me by the barista. There was no lid or straw and when I asked for them, per our governor's dictum, I was waived off to a counter and the barista told me, they are all over there . Now, mind you, if you go through the drive though, they actually ASK you if you would like those. If they don't ask and the customer asks, they immediately respond in the positive. So, today I paid more than a dollar more for the same beverage I could get at Dutch Bros. and for my trouble, the employee couldn't be bothered to provide a drink with a lid and straw...when they are accessible behind the counter. That was no customer service, not poor customer service. This is not what one expects when going anywhere, let alone Starbucks, who bills themselves as a cut above the rest. Very disappointing experience.
The manager Derrick has horrible customer service. He treats his staff even worse. If I was the franchise owner of this Starbucks I would absolutely want to know of his LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!
I am so appalled and upset! Who ever was working the drive thru should be fired that was not good customers service at all. My cousin order 3 drink today they made one of the drinks wrong and she ask very nice for a remake and this guy was nothing but rude to her! And then they didn’t even give her the 2 other drinks he made her wait almost 5 minutes before telling her to leave cause she is holding up the line she told him she was waiting for the 2 other drinks, he then say no you only order the one when she didn’t she order 3 drink all together and she would like to have the other two he gives them to her she asks for straws for them he then proceeds to throws them at her and slams the drive thru window!If the manger was there then do better at training your employees on customer service!
Drive thru experience is quick, easy and friendly. I love it.
I delivery their drinks for Uber eats customers! I was here early and the order wasn’t quite ready. This morning I was offered a coffee while I waited! It was the first time I’d been offered a free coffee while I wait to delivery their drinks. I love my local Starbucks. Thank you for the free jolt! It’s much appreciated! Also, thank you for accepting the delivery orders, and keeping us busy :
