Georgie's Garage Grill - Vancouver

Do not order from this restaurant!!! I just ordered an order of brussels sprouts and I got this huge pretzel instead when I called to let them know they gave me the wrong food item she told me that’s too bad that’s what we put in your bag so that’s what you got and they would not give me a refund. They said if I want something else I have to get back in my car and drive all the way back there to get it. Horrible customer service do not spend your money at this restaurant they cannot get a simple order correct and are not willing to fix their error!!! I am pissed!

I don’t know about the food or anything else I know that I was a door dash driver picking up 2 orders that took 20 mins during some sort of “show” there was security and cover charge I was sat down at a table near the door while I waited, seemed like a pretty fun show with music and dancing but the security guards straight full on tactical gear masks and body cams was a little much 1 order was done and I had to wait an additional 10 mins or so for the second , as I was waiting I had one of the security guards looking over my shoulder on my phone as I was updating the customer about the wait for their food it made me very uncomfortable like I was just trying skip the cover charge and hang out or I was recording or something I don’t know what he was looking for but it was not a very pleasant experience and makes me not want to return on my own personal time, if you guys can’t treat your door dash drivers like customers then don’t take deliveries during these shows

Updated: Having now placed more orders, I can say they have not helped this place's reputation. Quality has declined in the last year and I no longer order from them or their ghost kitchen brands, regardless of the constant promos they're all offering (which may be telling).Original: I haven't dropped by in person, but my delivery orders have been consistently good, and you have to credit this place for their ghost kitchen hustle!

The food was great, and I love the open floor plan.

Could use more attentive waiters and better service.
