Five Guys - Vancouver

Never disappointed with their burgers and the amount of fries we got... Enormous.. you have to ask for peanuts if you want them. The shake was fantastic.

Quality was good. Expensive for essentially fast food, burger and fries $14+ tax. While it seems fries would be quick, had to wait addl time for them to be prepared. 10 min for burger, 15 min for fries. With coupons that are constantly sent by Burger King, I can get more than double that food for less money, within about 10 mins. They were great about putting plentiful toppings on side, if needed Yes, quality is good, but for me, not worth the addl time or cost.

The staff was less then friendly. Their 100% real ice cream is a complete joke. I had ordered a strawberry shake and for how fast it was made, you can tell its soft serve. Needless to say I can say do NOT order milkshakes from here, unless you like watered down shakes, and also it was half melted when she handed it to me.

You burgers are so gross I used to work at Five Guys as supervisor and this is literally the worst Five Guys I've ever had and I work there for a few years I different location you guys really need to get new employees. That can actually cook food. It's really not that hard.I suggest not going to Five Guys anymore the quality has gone down so far it's very sad I used to actually like eating here.

Had simply a great bacon cheeseburger in this 5 guys restaurant. the young man at the opposite time is still new with in his 90 days,) he was amazing! eating was great as always. the prices where a bit lower, but delicate large food large customer service will get them what they pay. yes I spoke to the manager and handed over my lob so he gets the good job from the chef.
