Dutch Bros. Coffee - Vancouver

Great coffee. Both the young lady who told my order and the barista were very friendly. So nice to see a smiling face and happy employees. Will make this Dutchies one of my regular stops. Only downside is this Dutchies is not the easiest to get to. No matter how busy they are, they don’t rush you, but make you feel comfortable and welcome.

Very upset to find out the decaf tea I’ve been ordering is not actually decaf and they never had decaf passion fruit tea. Some people have heart problems and ask for decaf so they can still enjoy a beverage with out the caffeine. Very inconsiderate considering the fact that it wasn’t just one dishonest server, It was 4-5!! lied to my face saying nope, no caffeine. Don’t trust y’all. False advertising.

The employees are so upbeat, friendly give excellent service! The drinks are made with skill care. Highly recommend this shop. 5 stars!!!!

The first place I have a complaint about... Baristas need more training.. I ordered a mocha (hot).. I was given a mocha cappuccino with a mile of foam.. and even after I asked for a mocha LATTE, I STILL GET A MILE OF FOAM!!AN ESPRESSO MOCHA LATTE IS BASICALLY COFFEE AND COCOA FILLED WITH MILK.. NO FOAM! ALSO I had a question about the app and was prompted to pull away from the window for the next customer..
