Mcdonald's - Van Wert

I ordered 1 of these new crispy chicken sandwiches. the bungalow was burned, no sauce, chicken patty was ready and I had to wait!

I used to love the McDonald's tea but now they water it down and you have to pay more for it

Line in drive thru was to long so decided to bring kids inside to play on play scape while we order food . Ordered food and 4 frozen drinks 3 frozen coffees and one frozen coke . Ordered at 11:01 got food around 11:15 oldest grabbed it and took to table to other kids. 11:20 told them i would like my drinks or a refund they said we will get your drinks sorry about wait . Waited till 11:42 for my drinks by the time I got back to table my food was could and hamburger patties didn't even taste like they were cooked well at all because they had a frozen taste to them . So through my food in the trash . To many bad experiences here with the day time crew . Will never return or recommend to anyone .

Service was incredibly slow. when we received our food, simple things were missing on our burgers like pickles and or ketchup even though we ordered regular ones. Our nuggets were also dark brown and completely inedible. At least we got the right drink

Out of the two Van Wert McDonald's, this Shannon Street one is the fastest at serving food and has the best tasting food.
