Bidrage med feedbackI thank God for the okra soup!!! Well old-fashioned, traditional, hot and spicy? if you want... GHANAIAN soup always makes the trick... no need for cough medicine and recipes. I prefer the natural home route for a cure and it works! If you have a cough or cold or fight the flu... Or it is a cold rainy day in LA...then okra soup is the way to go!! Praise God!
It's hard to see from the street. Another of these places looking from the outside is actually full of good, warm food inside. A must try!
The food is authentic and the mother and daughter Duo who lead the place are very attentive..
Mmmm..... So good! Finally found a Jamaican African food in my neighborhood. While walking my dog I noticed it at the corner of Sherman way and Kester. I was immediately excited especially because there's only Mexican and Chinese food in my neighborhood for awhile. My first visit was great, the restaurant was grade A which is a must before eating at any restaurant. When I walked in the restaurant the atmosphere very clean and inviting head Caribbean African music playing. The menu had a lot of options to choose from ranging from entrees desserts and pastries. I had the jerk chicken plate and my partner have the oxtail plate. We both enjoyed the food very much the only thing that we would add is a little bit more spice but I understand some people don't like spicy food, but if you do just make sure you tell them beforehand. The employees were friendly and took care of us well. We will come back again.
Everything here is delicious.
