Casa Montana - VALTOURNENCHE

Great place for a drink, an aperitif or a fast lunch, make pizza/panini/taglieri, medium-high prices, friendly and fast service

Along the main course of Cervinia, Casa Montana is a rustic chic chalet warm and welcoming, where you can spend a couple of pleasant hours, sipping a drink or a glass of wine. Staff prepared, kind and professional. Very well executed cocktails. Unfortunately, it does not cook, but only toast or peat to accompany the aperitif, apart from chips and snacks that are served by default. I would recommend a selection of local meats and cheeses and would be perfect!

We didn't eat here but we did stop in for a drink in the evening 3 times. It is a beautifully restored old stables I think. Service was efficient and the range of cocktails and wines more than adequate. Lovely mountain atmosphere.

No service, totally arrogant waiters. Despite we tried to order more drinks we were ignored! We bought multiple drinks and they were more busy talking to young customers at the bar than serving at the table. Not once they came and ask if we wanted more drinks! We had to go to the bar ourselves and even there we were ignored and the last order we canceled when we after 20 minutes not had received drinks, and that didn’t even made them apologetice! We have been traveling all over Europe, Asia and America and never experienced so bad service!

We had pizza, two Diavolos and red wine. Pizzas wete excellent and wine too. Interior was beautiful, cosy and very alpine. Service was quick and friendly. We will come back.
