Main Lincoln - Valparaiso

First time trying this place. They told us we couldn't sit inside because of a reservation that was supposed to be there in 15 minutes. So we sat outside. We ordered cheeseburgers for our meal. After waiting 50 minutes, Bythe way, knowbody ever showed up for the reserved table that they wouldn't move us to. I went inside to ask the server how much longer it was going to be. She went and asked the chef and I could see him get angry because someone was questioning them. So that immediately turned me off. Then he came over to me with an attitude because apparently waiting almost an hour for burgers should be acceptable, I guess. I'll never try this place again. Terrible customer service!

We had the pleasure of dining at Main Lincoln last night for the first time and what an experience!!! We started off with a glass of wine and an old fashioned. Their wine list is phenomenal and covers a variety. Cocktail was made well. We started with a half dozen oysters and one of their specials, the bone marrow. Their bone marrow dish one of the best things we've consumed in a long time. Wow! For dinner, we shared their special, scallops and risotto. Amazing! We are still talking about it, which prompted me to write this review.Our server was friendly and prompt. Everyone working there was actually. The restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was open and friendly and it was not noisy. We were able to have a conversation easily.Will definitely be back. We're looking forward to trying the salmon. Or another special.Fantastic experience!!

Dinner for four on a Saturday night. Excellent food, one of the best pork chops I have ever eaten. Everyone else loved their meals as well.

The service here was great! The food was excellent! Definitely coming back! We sat at the bar and watched the chef cook and it was so cool to watch. The entree had just the right acidity along with the color and the presentation was exceptional! I highly recommend them.

The food is always delicious here. Never had a bad meal. My fiancée and I usually go for special occasions. Love sitting at the bar and watching the kitchen flow like an orchestra. My favorite restaurant.
