Dunkin' - Valparaiso

I used to frequent the restaurant on Calumet in Valparaiso, but it has severely declined in quality. After encountering rude staff and subpar food and drinks, we made the switch to the location off Highway 30 by subway. This new spot has quickly become our favorite, with no issues and very friendly service. The staff even remembers our drink order as soon as we walk in.

Is the posted operating hours just a suggestion? I have arrived well before closing time twice and found the doors locked, even though the open sign was on. There were cars waiting in the drive-thru with employees walking back and forth at the window, not taking orders or acknowledging customers. This is unacceptable. This happened before the closing time that was posted and when the open sign was still on.

This dunkin is the absolute worst. They are so slow and it always takes forever to order. I go out of my way to try and avoid this Dunkin location.

If you enjoy Dunkin coffee, this restaurant is a good choice. However, the selection and quality of donuts could be improved. The staff appeared somewhat distracted but still polite.

My frozen coffee was great on taste...just wish it had of been a little bit more thicker...but I definitely liked the extra whip cream
